*Must be a current member of the Southern Powerlifting Federation to participate. Memberships can be purchased in event ticket section. If unsure, please contact David Shirley at dshirleyspf@gmail.com. Must wear a singlet and shirt for the competition. Long socks are needed for the deadlift.

General Admission: $10, Kids 12 & Under: FREE

 

Early weigh-ins:

  • Friday, 26 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm  (LA Fitness, 4081 W. 95th ST Chicago IL 60621)
  • friday afternoon weigh-ins will be at the event location, (6201 S Stewart)
  • Friday 5:00 – 7:00 pm by appointment only-contact David Shirley BEFORE Friday to schedule 
  • Saturday, 27 from 7:00 am – 8:00 am

 

Mandatory Lifters meeting:  Saturday, 27 at 8:00 am

 

Main event:  Saturday, 27 at 9:00 am

 

There will be a $25.00 late fee after April 12, so get your entries in early.

 

Cash only the day of meet. NO exceptions.
