This is a charity meet. There will be no $75 entry fee. All we ask is that you bring a new, unopened toy to the meet in place of the entry fee. This is a BENCH ONLY meet. Yearly card fees still apply.

UNIFORM: SINGLET REQUIRED
NO LOOSE OR BAGGY CLOTHES. IF YOU ARE OUT OF UNIFORM YOU WILL NOT LIFT!!

RULES BRIEFING: 8:30pm
WEIGH INS: FRI. 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm SAT. 8:00 am - 9:30am
MEET STARTS: 10:00am
SPECTATOR FEE: ADULTS $5.00, 12 and under FREE at the door.
Divisions:Bench press only
Raw or Gear.
