Been having more and more trouble out
of this elnow! So going to take a light week and heal! This is what I did!
Side and front delts.
8x20 worked up to 20lb DB
seated cable curl 6x30 up too 40lbs
single arm tricep presssowns. 6x15 40lbs
rope presssowns 6x20 30lbs supper settles with shrugs light for 40 reps.
kept everything very light and just chased the pump. Looking for some blood and rehab today.
