Squat/Deadlift 1-15-19

Great day today worked up and hit a 685lb post surgery PR on squat. And did 4x2 speed pulls durring the squats!

This workout is very hard on the old guy but has really helped me push my numbers back up. It gives me a lot of recovery time. Next week heavy pulls and speed squats! https://youtu.be/ro0KHXaCd0Q
