2. 3x50 (down and back so 100ft total) weighted lunges (performed with a 65lb KB in the front rack position like in the bottom of a KB press


3. Farmers carries 3x50ft down and back (Worked up to 240 per hand)


4a. Inner/Outer thighs 5x10-15


4b. Leg Extensions 5x10-15


4c. Calf raises 5x25


5. Planks 3x60 second
