Squat day 11/27/18
Did something new! Did a speed squat supper setted with a heavy rack pulls!
Squat worked up 235 then added 100lbs of chains and went to work.

385x3 fast!
415x3 fast! All chained

645x 2 heavy after all this
Used a band out in fromy of the rack to help me pull back! Works great! I'll try to get video of that next time I do them.
Foing to be squating and pulling on same day from now on. Got to manage my recovery better! Getting old!! Lol
