  3. Leg Swings: 3 x 10 each leg

  4. Foam Roller: 3 x 60 sec

  5. Box Jumps: 3 x 3

-Strength, 30 min (Giant Sets, 90 sec b/t):

  • 1. Squat (beltless, knee wraps):

  • 135 x 10

  • 225 x 3

  • 275 x 2

  • 315 x 2

  • 365 x 1

  • 405 x 1

  • 425 x 1 (belt/knee sleeves)

  • 440 x 1 (belt/knee sleeves)

  • 455 x 1 (belt/knee sleeves)

  • 2. Sumo Speed DL (beltless/hook):

  • 9 x 3 @ 245

3. Crunches: 9 x 10


*Had to end here. Should have took today off but I tried it anyway. Too sore and depleted from yesterday to do much.
