*Was sick most of last week and the weekend so no training. Feeling weak today but trying to get back into the swing of it. This was all I could muster today.


-Squat (beltless/knee sleeves):

  • 135 x 10

  • 225 x 8

  • 275 x 8

  • 315 x 5

  • 365 x 5

  • 405 x 2

  • 415 x 2


-Front Squat (beltless/knee sleeves):

  • 2 x 8 @ 225


-Elevated Leg Crunches:

  • 5 x 20
