Squat 3/26/19

This was a experiment squat day. I've been looking for ways to squat heavy and train out of my injuries. so this is what we did! A tri set: speed squat, heavy pin squats, light speed pull!

We started with

speed squat- 235

pin squat- 255

speed pull- 225

worked all the way too

speed squat- 335

pin squat- 655

soeed pull- 225

did a total of 7 sets

no pain day of! But this is the sorest I've been in years. The pin squats are killer after the speed squat. All of this was done with no breifs or belt. Incredible workout!
