  • 230# x 5

  • 260# x 5

  • 295# x 5

  • 325# x 3

  • 370# x 3*

  • 415# x 3*

-Deadlift: 5 x 10 @ 200#


-Landmine Twists: 3 x 10/side @ 25#


-Ball Crunches: 3 x 20


Felt much better this time. Ate better, had more water during the day, felt more motivated. And it's been awhile since I've been that heavy on squats in just sleeves.
