Found an older but nicely functioning treadmill on Craigslist for $60 so I couldn’t pass up adding that to my arsenal. Plus my lady has asked for one because she wants to walk but doesn’t want to do it in the cold.


Body Weight: 206#


Treadmill (warm up): 10 min walk on 3 speed and 5 incline


Squat (beltless/knee sleeves):

  • 135# x 10

  • 225# x 8

  • 275# x 6

  • 315# x 6

  • 345# x 6

  • 2 x 4 @ 365#

Superset:

  1. Back Extension: 3 x 10

  2. Kettlebell Windmill: 3 x 10/side @ 35#
