Had another good training sessio, this time with squats. Just hope it keeps up.


Treadmill (warm up): 10 min @ 3 speed/5 incline


Squat (knee sleeves):

  • 135# x 10

  • 225# x 7

  • 315# x 5

  • 5 x 3 @ 365#

Superset:

  1. Weighted Hip Bridge: 3 x 10 @ 135#

  2. Plate Side Bends: 3 x 10/side @ 45#/side
