Wrapping up week 4 of this block and I’ve absolutely loved the programmed AMRAPS
bench 145 lbs AMRAP (6)
deadlifts 270 lbs AMRAP (6 - couldve/should’ve done at least 2 more but I was physically feeling really shitty this day)
Wednesday - off
close grip bench 125 lbs 3x AMRAP with 90 sec rest in between. 10,7,6 is what I ended up with.
