Worked up to 415 for 3x1
Been experiencing some hip pain when squatting so it is hard for me to get real motivated.
backed down to do 325 for 3x5 and 235 for 3x10
Auxilaries included inner/outer thighs
low back extension/walking lunges/Leg press
The lunges were performed holding a KB in the front rack position offset to one side. This proved to be more challenging than I expected and really helped me to work on core stability as well as working on hip mobility
