-Deadlift (conventional, beltless):

  • Bar x 10

  • 230# x 5

  • 260# x 5

  • 295# x 5

  • 325# x 3

  • 370# x 3

  • 415# x 3

  • 3 x 3 @ 325# (rest-pause, 2 sec pause at knee ea. Rep)

-Kettlebell Windmills: 3 x 10 @ 35#

-Scap Pull-ups: 3 x 8 (2 sec hold at top)
