  • 190# x 3 (was supposed to be 5 but I'm a weak weakling)

  • 190# x 2 (to make up for the 2 I missed)

  • 5 x 10 @ 110#

-Stiff-Arm Pulldown:

  • 3 x 10 @ 80#

  • 2 x 10 @ 90#

-Banded Face Pulls: 5 x 10 w/ Blue strong band
