ive been Active 4 days a week and making progress with my squat since hitting snag with rehabbing shoulder. The fatigue is setting in deep into this cycle and a bit of a gut check as my left knee is getting cranky. Do I continue to ride the razors edge and finish or pull back to lift another day...
Last night’s squat session was ok. I missed depth by a hair. But glad I filmed the set to check on form issues.
