Loooooong hiatus over • 4/15/19
So it has been quite awhile since I’ve logged anything. And the reason being is that it has been a long time since I actually trained. Between moving to a new house, work being super crazy, traveling for competitions, freelance graphic work and everything with Invictu, training got out waaay on the back burner. And I can tell. Not only have I lost weight and some muscle mass, I just feel worse in general. Like a big fat 💩. But here’s to basically starting over as a beginner lifter.
Body weight: 204#
Morning (5:00 am):
Stretching
Low Back rehab exercises
Abs
Evening:
Bench Press:
135# x 10
185# x 5
5 x 5 @ 225#
Ring Dips: 3 x 8
Weighted Push Ups: 3 x 5 @ 45#
And that, boys and girls, is about all this old decrepit man can handle For tonight.
