Monday wasn't by a good day! Having some trouble out of my shoulder! The good one! So I didn't bench and just did light shoulders and bieceps.
tursdays did speed squats and heavy Deadlift!
added 80lbs chains
started the Deadlift off blocks
235x2 with chains (WC)
putbon my light briefs
added the rest of the chains. Total 160lbs

555x missed this one! Called it a day! Messed my back up a little.
Were starting off the day with a lot of hip Mobility and rehab work.
