So I’m still not doing great on frequency of training but I’m trying to take a step back from my pride and just focus on making steady, small improvement. Again, I’m basically starting over so I have to view it that way.


Morning (5:15 am)

  • Treadmill: 10 min (periodic increases in incline 1-10)

  • Low Back Rehab exercises

Evening

Front Squat:

  • Bar x 10

  • 2 x 10 @ 95#

  • 1 x 10 @ 135#

  • 5 x 6 @ 185#

Superset

  1. Ab Ball: 5 x 20

  2. Back Extension: 5 x 10
