My first entry here as an Invictus Athlete! So honored!

Did back and some biceps today. Started with seated deadlifts. Working sets were:

315x5

365x5

405x5

405x5

405x8

Followed with lat pulldowns - 4x10 and single arm seated rows - 4x10

Also did machine curls 4x10 and alternating DB curls - 4x10.
