Yesterday's deadlift workout. This one was a quick one, I literally got it done in about 30 minutes, between games at our basketball tournament.
Conventional DL: 3x5 @ 75% (415)
Deficit DL: 3x6 @ 65% (355)
Neutral Grip Pull Ups: 30 total
Weighted Planks: 5x60 seconds
Still feeling good. I'm ready for basketball season to be over so I can get a fixed schedule in place.
We lost in the second round of the tournament by the way, 71-61. Good game though haha
