Deadlift...sorta • 12/2/18

It was a stressful week trying to get everything together for the store opening so once that was done, I kinda just vegged the rest of the time to recover. I did tak a little time and did a quick deadlift session. Mainly focused on speed rather than weight.


Giant Set:

1) Deadlift (beltless/conventiona): 4 x 8 @ 315#

2) Back Extension: 4 x 10

3) Standing Side Bends: 4 x 10 ea. side @ 45#
