Deadlift Monday

Always good to start my week off deadlifting. Of course, I do mine seated, since that is an event in Disabled strongman competitions. My work this morning looked like this:

Followed up with some Shirley Rows (don’t know the real name for these, just saw Dave doing them on IG) - 4x12, wide grip seated rows -4x8, and finished with a couple sets of pull-ups, which I’m not very good at. Good workout, especially since one of my training partners was back after a pretty bad shoulder injury couple months ago.
