135lb x 5 Lat Pull Down 4x10

225lb x 5 Close Grip Pulldown 4x10

315lb x 3 Rope Straight Arm Pulldown 4x10

405lb x 2 Handle Cable Rows 4x10

495lb x 2

550lb x 3 BW ~ 184lb

Goal for the day was to work up for a max rep with 550lb. Moved good for 3 reps probably should have went for a fourth with how 3rd rep looked on video.

For the back movements, first two was a super set and last two were also a super set moving up in weight each set.
