Deadlift • 5/5/18

*Does push mowing the yard and shoveling dirt count as cardio? I’m gonna count it. Did that before starting this workout. Short and sweet workout just to get one in.


-Deadlift (beltless/conventional):

  • 3 x 10 @ 245

  • 3 x 8 @ 335

  • 2 x 6 @ 425


-Hanging Leg Lifts:
