Monday's workout began like most other Monday workouts of late...with seated deadlifts. I have a long way to go in this event if I want to be competitive. I don't like doing too many reps per set, for pain reasons, so I usually keep it low rep, heavy weight. So my sets went like this:
Followed up with 4x8 of heavy lat pulldowns and 4x10 of pulldowns on the hammer strength machine.
Tuesday (yesterday) was my heavy bench day. I usually do my percentage work on Tuesdays and heavy work on Saturdays. Since I was by myself this past Saturday, I decided to do my percentage work then, and do my heavy work yesterday. My numbers looked like this:

I was short on time after this, so I did 4x10 on the wide grip seated rows. I have been trying to do something for my back everyday. I will do more bench accessory work later in the week.
