bench & squat

this has been a crap training week so far! bench started off heavy and pain full and just got worst! worked up raw to a 365lb and that was heavy and it shouldn't have been! put on my Nemesis worked on up to a 455lb and everything said that's enough! so I just stopped! Waited and did shoulders Tuesday morning everything felt goo!

Tuesday night Squatted worked up to a 425lb and my quad felt weird and so I called that!!

so nothing this week has been good! May have been all the miles in the truck this weekend!

The Lift inc. Christmas bash was a blast! beautiful pat of the country.
