3x10 Medium Grip Bench @205lbs

3x10 Narrow Grip Bench @225lbs (Yea I am weird because I am stronger close grip)


4x10 Front Raises

4x10 Side Raises

4x10 stiff arm lat pull downs


Incline Bench 3x10 @185lbs

Smith Machine Z Presses 3x8 @120lbs


4x10 Rear Delts

3x10 Arnold Press


200 Rep Tricep Push downs


5x10 leg raises (I HATE CORE WORK)
