4x10 stiff arm lat pull downs
Incline Bench 3x10 @185lbs
Smith Machine Z Presses 3x8 @120lbs
4x10 Rear Delts
3x10 Arnold Press
200 Rep Tricep Push downs
5x10 leg raises (I HATE CORE WORK)
