Bench day 6/18/18

Good bench day!!

worked up to a easy 365lb but took forever! elbow took forever to warm up and work the pain out of it.

DB curls 5x15

started a short diet this week that will last for 25 days to try out a new protocol and worked great the first day! great pump very sore for a change!
