Then did 3x10 wide Grip, 3x10 medium, and 3x10 close grip.

3x10 DB rows

Incline Bench 3x8

3x10 lat pulldowns

6x6 one arm DB press

3x10 neutral grip lat pulldowns

finished with bi's, tri's and shoulders!
