*Still not feeling 100% so I didn’t do much today.


-Bench w/ Bands (from the floor):

  • 135 x 10 (mini bands/15 lbs each)

  • 185 x 6 (mini bands/15 lbs each)

  • 185 x 6 (mini bands/30 lbs each)

  • 205 x 5 (mini bands/30 lbs each)

  • 225 x 5 (mini bands/30 lbs each)

  • 245 x 2 (mini bands/30 lbs each)


-Bench:

  • 3 x 5 @ 245
