Life has really been getting in the way of lifting lately. Just been so busy at home and work that I haven’t had time. And the very few times I have had a break here and there, I’ve just been exhauste with no motivatio. But I’m trying to get back at it.


Treadmill: 10 min @ 3.2 speed/7 incline


Bench:

  • 135# x 10

  • 186# x 5

  • 225# x 3

  • 250# x 2

  • 265# x 2

  • 4 x 4 @ 275#

  • 265# x 2

  • 250# x 3

  • 225# x 8

  • 185# x 11

Lower Chest Banded Flyes: 3 x 10 w/purple bands

*I don’t have a cable machine so I had to make due by tying bands to my rack and a nearby pole in the garage. Actually worked pretty well.


Superset:

  1. Weighted Neutral Grip Pull Ups: 3 x 5 w/ 20# vest

  2. Jump ropes: 3 x 25 w/ 20# vest
