Life has really been getting in the way of lifting lately. Just been so busy at home and work that I haven’t had time. And the very few times I have had a break here and there, I’ve just been exhauste with no motivatio. But I’m trying to get back at it.
Treadmill: 10 min @ 3.2 speed/7 incline

*I don’t have a cable machine so I had to make due by tying bands to my rack and a nearby pole in the garage. Actually worked pretty well.

Jump ropes: 3 x 25 w/ 20# vest
