Last week was chaos because of the holiday and I didn't get to train but one day. Started back today with the same type of format as the last squat day.
a) Bench: 4 x 8 @ 225
b) One Arm Landmine Row: 4 x 6 ea. arm @ 45
c) Leg Lifts: 4 x 10
Then I played around with the Phoenix just to see how it felt.
