After several crappy lifting session, I finally had a decent night. And on bench of all things!


Treadmill (warm up): 10 mins @ 3 speed/6 incline


Bench:

  • 135# x 10

  • 185# x 6

  • 225# x 4

  • 5 x 3 @ 275#

Superset:

  1. Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 x 10 @ 60#

  2. Meadows Row: 3 x 10 @ 45#
