started off with cable crossovers 6x15
incline DB flies 4x10
reverse pressdowns super setted with heavy pressdowns super setted with heavy curls 4x15 (big fast set!)
e-z bar curl super setted with side delts light 4x15
shrugs 5x20 heavy
this was a very fast and easy workout! 45 minutes! with all the volume and weight I'm doing on Mondays and Tuesdays the rest of the week is about recovery! Tomorrow we will be on the road so I may and may not do some light back. but even on the weeks I'm home it will be very little and light! thanks to Brandie Freeman for the help and being my Thursday training partner!
