heavy pressdowns 5x15 supersetted with cable curls 5x10
reverse cable pressdowns. 5x15
heavy curls 5x15 supersetted with light side delts 5x15
DB shrugs 5x20 heavy, strict!
Nice fast workout! Less then a hour!
Im really liking the new workout. 2 heavy days then today and on the days I'm in town a light back day.
