cable pressdowns. Forward and reverse. 6x10 both way. Super setted this with heavy curls 6x10
e-z bar curl 5x10
heavy DB shrugs 6x25
light side DB delts.
This is always a fast workout for me. Thx to Brandie Freeman for going through it with me! 31 weeks pregnant and still going strong! Very proud of her!
