At this point I wanted to try something I had never tried before. I’ve seen people do what’s called Turkish Get Ups and thought, ”That looks cool! I want to do that some day.” Well today was that day...


Barbell Turkish Get Ups: 1 x 3/side with empty bar (45#)


Here is an example using a kettlebell.




Those were WAY harder than I thought! Even with just an empty bar, the challenging part was just keeping the thing stable. As challenging as they were, I will definitely be adding these in more!


Kettlebell Lateral Raise: 4 x 10/side @ 15#
