*Quick Arm workout because I didn’t really hit them much yesterday during bench.
-EZ Bar Curl (60-90 sec between):
2 x 20 @ 45
2 x 20 @ 55
1 x 15 @ 60
-Cable Pressdown (60-90 sec between):
4 x 20 @ 50
-Wrist Roller (up/down = 1 rep):
2 x 2 @ 5
-Seated Russian Twists:
4 x 15 each side with 20 lbs med ball
