3 Plates Finally!

Had an awesome bench day!

Warmed up and then hit 275 for an EASY 5 then hit 315 for 2x1

Backed off and hit 275 for a ridiculous amount of singles because I am too stupid to just hit three freaking pause reps.

Finished the bench portion of the workout by doing 275 for 5 and then 225 for 12.

As I am primarily focused on Strongman I did some kneeling 1 arm DB presses for 5x10-15 to incorporate an overhead movement. I particularly like this exercise because it really helps to teach someone how to activate and use their traps when pressing! Also who doesn't like a good trap/shoulder pump?
