So yesterday’s training felt insanely good for some reason. It went as follows...
Bench press 5x4 70% of 170 = 120 lbs
1xAMRAP same weight (knocked out 15)
Incline DB bench 4x15
Super set with
4xAMRAP pull-ups (I did 10,9,8,7)
Rolling DB extension 4x20
Super set with
Reverse grip BB rows w/1 sec hold at chest 4x(15,15,12,12)
Rope push downs 4x30
super set with
Upright rows 4x30
EZ bar curls 3x30
... yeah, needless to say I couldn’t feel my arms. Can’t wait for today’s deficit dead’s!
