About the event

This is an outlaw deadlift, which means all equipment, including straps are legal. Sumo or Conventional. 

 

Rules:

1- Knees and hips must be locked out. 

2- Feet must remain in starting footprint, any movement will disqualify.

Mandatory Lifters meeting:  Right before start

 

Main event:  Saturday, 27th at 4:00ish; will start after the other events are done.

 Cash only at weigh-ins. NO exceptions.
