*Must be a current member of the Southern Powerlifting Federation to participate. Memberships can be purchased in event ticket section. If unsure, please contact David Shirley at dshirleyspf@gmail.com. Must wear a singlet and shirt for the competition. Long socks are needed for the deadlift.

- Friday, 28th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm & 5:00 – 6:00 pm
- NO weighs in day of competition.
Mandatory Lifters meeting: Saturday, 29th at 8:00 am
Doors open at 7am
Main event: Saturday, 29th at 9:00 am
There will be NO ENTRYS after June 15th, so get your entries in early.
